Description

Requirement for award of an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity, contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to renovate range buildings located at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Contract period will be a base period of six (6) months with three (3) one-year option periods. Project magnitude for the base contract period plus options is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Payment and performance bonds will be required after award. The NAICS code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $31 million. Competition is full and open. Bid documents will be available electronically at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about August 8, 2007. Telephonic, written, faxed, or electronic requests for hard copi es of bid documents will be denied. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments . The Bid opening date will be approximately 30 days after bid issuance (initial posting on website) as indicated on the solicitation. All bid forms, bid bonds, and other documents required for bid submittal shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium o f submission of bid documents will not be allowed. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. .
