- REVISED SOLICITATION Idaho Panhandle National Forests, Sandpoint Ranger District, Bonner County, Idaho. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requisition 04-07-SDP-102799 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The requisition and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text form at http://www.arnet.gov/far. This is a total small business set-aside and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The North American Industry Classification Code is 339950. A quotation is requested for LINE ITEM 1: Pricing on high pressure laminate, interpretive panels (15 each); manufactured product to be designed based on Government supplied artwork. Panels must meet the following specifications: There will be 5 identical sets of panels, with each set consisting of 3 different panels. 1) Two panels in each set will measure 35 inches wide and 53 inches tall with flat, 1/8 inch thickness high pressure laminate with NO mounting holes. 2) The remaining panel in each set will measure 70 inches wide and 53 inches tall with flat, 1/8 inch thickness high pressure laminate with NO mounting holes. 3) Panels will be multicolored and include text and artwork. 4) Each of the 3 panels will have unique images. Each of the 5 sets of 3 panels will be identical. The Government will furnish, to the successful offeror, digital files for each panel image in an agreed to format on a compact disk. 5) Firms to submit product description, specifications, attributes and terms and conditions with price proposal. 6) Unit price to include ground freight, crating and courier fees. Products delivered under any resulting contract must conform to the specifications listed. Required delivery for any resulting contract shall be to the Sandpoint Ranger District, Attention: Tom Sandberg, 1500 Highway 2, Suite 110, Sandpoint, ID 83864. All deliveries shall be made on regular workdays (Monday through Friday) during regular business hours (7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), excluding official Federal Government holidays. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The contract award will be offered to the best value offer made to the Government, considering price and technical specifications. Offerors shall include with their offer a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items. The clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
