- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, New Jersey has a requirement for the following Hardware Spares in support of the MORIAH Wind System as follows: P/N 368 0046, ANEMOMETER COVER ASSY, QTY 4 each; P/N 81161/0102.00, HED & LED GUI KIT, QTY 2 each; P/N 81161/0200.00/E, HIGH END DISPLAY, QTY 2 each; P/N 81162/0200.00/E, LOW END DISPLAY, QTY 6 each, P/N 81163/0102.00, PROCESSOR GUI KIT, QTY 2 each; P/N 81163/0300.00W01, SUB PROCESSOR FIBER OPTIC, QTY 2 each; P/N 81163/0600.00W01, LINE INTERFACE ASSY, QTY 1 each; P/N 81163/5000.00W01, QTY 4 each; P/N 81163/5100-00W01, QTY 4 each; P/N 81163/5100-00W01, SYNCHRO 400HZ PCB ASSY; QTY 4 each; P/N 81164/0200.0, ULTRASONIC ANEMOMETER, QTY 3 each; P/N PS753, 28VDC PSU, QTY 4 each; P/N PS2201-SS-Grade A, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), QTY 3 each. The Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure these Hardware Interim Spares under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. ), Quality Performance Incorporated, Fredericksburg, VA is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to provide the hardware. Firms that recognize and provide this hardware are encouraged to identify themselves. See Note 22.
