- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement intends to award a sole source purchase order with two (one year) option periods to LTU Technologies Inc. located in Washington DC under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This requirement is to provide Image Seeker software maintenance support for its existing eight (8) LTU Image Seeker licenses. Image Seeker is proprietary software by LTU Technologies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received by 12:00 noon EDT Tuesday 07 Aug 07, will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete with this proposed quote based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
