- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a requirement to install emergency equipment in thirty (30) government vehicles in the surroundings of Fairfax, VA. The Government will award on an all or none basis. Emergency/safety lighting systems to be tested for interference with currently installed radios and shielded if necessary.
