- Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to make an award on a competitive basis for the following service: The contractor shall provide sports officials and scorekeepers, as stated below to include uniforms, transportation, equipment and incidentals at Tinker Air Force Base for Intra/extramural, Intramural All-Star, Varsity Sports (Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Flag Football, Softball) and Youth Sports (T-ball, Baseball, Flag Football, Basketball, Night Hoops, Soccer) in accordance with the Statement of Work. The proposed period of performance is 1 OCT 07 through 30 SEP 08. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Availability of Government?s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The estimated award date is 24 AUG 07. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.org. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 713990 with a size standard $6.5M.
