Description

W912PE-07-T-7180 supersedes W912PE-07-T-7XXX. The solicitation was released 30 July 2007 and is available on https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. The George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies intends to competitively award a firm fixed price non-personal services contract for a Country Study on Kosovo/United Nations for the College of International and Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. The scope of work for this contract includes the following: (1) a country study on Kosovo/UN within the methodogical framework of the Research project on 'From Failing State to Functioning State: Democratic Transformation in War Torn Countries', (2) a detailed research report, (3) the participation in a workshop and (4) the compilation of a final paper aimed at publication. The anticipated contract performance period is 15 September 2007 thru 15 March 2008. The Government intends to use a best value trade-off process, considering language proficiency (Albanian and English), education, experience, past performance and price. The solicitation was released on 30 July 2007. Proposals are due at 12:00pm on 24 August 2007. A copy of the solicitation is posted on https://acquistion.army.mil under #W912PE-07-T-7180.
