Description

The 5th Contracting Squadron requires the furnishing of all plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish Project Min #07-0175, repair windows at Bldg 202, at Minot AFB, ND, in accordance with specifications Min #07-0175 and Drawing 07-0175. The work is 100% general, 0% mechanical, and 0% electrical. The statement of magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance Period is 180 days. Liquidated damages will be assessed for late performance. A 1 year warranty of construction is required. The complete package will be made available only through the internet. The address is http://www.fbo.gov./. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on the Internet. Contractors will be solely responsibile for obtaining amendments from the Internet to update the files. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is: 236220, the small business size standard is $31,000,000 in average annual receipts of the past 3 years. This project will be solicited as full and open to both large and small businesses with the intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract; based on Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable. FAR Clause 52.219-4, Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns is applicable to this solicitation.
