Description: Amendment 1 - Removes pages 3 & 4 of SECTION C - DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/STATEMENT OF WORK and replaces with pages 3 & 4 of the same. The closing date has been extended from August 14, 2007 to August 21, 2007. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The study shall consist of completing and documenting a Traffic Engineering Study as defined in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) 2003 Edition, for all objective maintenance level 3, 4 and 5 roads (Roads suitable for passenger cars) on each Ranger District of the Coronado National Forest.
