- Description
- The revised estimated issue date for this solicitation is on or about 10 August 2007 and the revised proposal due date is on or about 10 September 2007.</p> Repair Airfield Drainage, East of Runway 15C, Sheppard AFB, TX will be issued in the near future. PLEASE NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Work will consist of furnishing all necessary plant, labor, materials, and constructing, installing and performing all work in accordance with the Statement of Work and Drawings. </> Work under this project consists of site work and drainage improvements required to repair and construct underground and surface drainage systems, new pipe, inlets, drainage structures, site and ditch line grading, excavation, demolition of existing structures, fill, surveying, testing, seeding, erosion control, ancillary items and other construction work as defined and shown on the drawings and statement of work. All work shall be done with the work area occupied. All work shall be coordinated with Civil Engineering Contracts Section, and Base Contracting through the Contracting Officer. Performance Period is 180 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.</P> </>All work shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work and Drawings. Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Solicitation is being issued as a competitive Hub Zone set-aside. Applicable NAICS code for this project is 238910 with a size standard of $13 million dollars. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted through the electronic posting system (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/). Paper copies will not be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the Internet and obtaining the solicitation documents and any amendments. Interested offerors must ensure they are registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and ORCA in order to receive award of a contract.
