- The government intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Haemoscope Corporation, 6321 W Howard Street, Niles, IL 60714. This requirement is for (148) TEG Analysis Heparinse Cup Boxes, Part # 6212, which contain 20 cups per box and are com patible with the TEG Analyzer. The period of performance is 13 August 2007 through 30 September 2008. The U.S. Army Health Care Acquisition Activity (HCAA), Great Plains Regional Contracting Office (GPRCO), Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award the con tract to provide the TEG Analysis Kits for the Institute of Surgical Research, Fort Sam Houston. This is a sole source award. The GPRCO intends to solicit and negotiate only with Haemoscope Corporation, 6321 W Howard Street, Niles, IL 60714 under the auth ority 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339111. All quotes meeting the capability and specifications of this requirement that are received within 5 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
