- Description
- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a Sole Source contract to Pearson Assessments, 5604 Greenvalley Dr., Bloomington, MN 55437-1099 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to acquire a one year subscription for a web-based intervention tool for 204 speech language pathologists throughout DoDEA. Pearson Assessments provides the only online-software that can provide the type of educational support for students and educators in terms of unlimited internet access, individual login and passwords, specific speech therapy techniques, web-based training, etc. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting this requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement. Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. SEE UPLOADED DOCUMENTS FOR A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT.
