- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number N4561007RC00033 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is 100 percent small business set-aside. NAICS 333991. This requirement is for the Navy Consolidated Brig, Charleston, SC 29406. This requirement is for the following two separate items. ITEM 0001: Gerber Scientific Sabre Router, Model Sabre 408, Quantity 1 Each, with the following accessories: Sabre 408 with T-Vac, 7HP 230V, 3 Phase Perske High Frequence Spindle Option, Cutting bits (3) one-eighth inch by one-fourth inch LOC, (3) one-fourth inch by three-fourth inch LOC, (1) .125 inch collet sleeve, (1) .250 inch collet, (1) .500 inch collet with 10HP Siemens Vacuum blower pump, 3 phase, includes vacuum relief valve, vacuum filter and control box (one each), Auto Carve 3-D Software includes a 90, 100, 110, 130, 140 and 150 degree bits (one each); Mist Collant Option (one each), Art Path Software (one each), Infinity Workstation Standard Series Light RIP/Graphics Computer (two each), Samsung 20 inch widescreen monitor (2 each), Omega 2.6 CS Design Software includes 1100 URW and Gerber fonts in Vector format. Includes all the features of Omega CP, but no output ability. (one each); Two Day Installation and Training, the first day will be towards installing the router. The Second half of the first day will be devoted towards learning the basics of the Art Path Software. Day two will cover a more involved look at the features of the Sabre 408 router and tool available in both the software and router. ITEM 0002: Laminator, Seal 62PRO C with the following: Is a pressure-sensitive machine without heat. Sixty-one inch working with to accommodate a wide range of media with a one and one-half inch nip opening to cover a wide range of substrates, Quantity: one each; P2C Plotter 48 inch with CS, P2C 1200 48 inch friction plotter with Omega 2.6 CS Software bundled with it (one each); Eye-One Monitor Calibrator (one each); Infinity-Workstation Standard Series Light RIP/Graphics computer (two each); Samsung 20 inch Monitor, wide screen (two each); Omega CP MIP 2.x, Omega 2.6 CP MIP, (two each); Omega 2.x to 2.6 software for existing software seats (two each); One day Installation and Training to be done by a Seal Certified Field Tech Rep. Installation will cover how to Load and unload various overlamiantes, vinyls and application tape on the laminator, how to mount and sheet with the laminator as well as how to take care of the laminator; Two day installation and training on the Gerber P2C48 inch Plotter and software upgrades. To include installation of all new software and software upgrades. Training will focus on the new features and benefits of the Omega 2.5 software and making sure that all existing Omega seats are upgraded to the current version. The Government Reserves the right to Award this solicitation on an All or None Basis. Please quote Brand Name or Equal.
