Description

SOURCES SOUGHT: The Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA/VA), James A. Haley Veteran's Hospital located in Tampa, FL, is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of SMALL BUSINESSES capable and interested in providing Complete Mail-in/Component replacement for pulmonary function test system, located at the Department of Veterans' Affairs, Orlando VA Outpatient Clinic (VAOPC) located at 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando, FL 32803. Pulmonary Function Measurement System, Senormedics, Model# Vmax 22; with Dell Computer, Model# Optiplex GX200; Sensormedics 2801 Lung Standard; Senormedics Calibration Syringe and Autobox, Sensormedics, Model# V6200. The anticipated performance period is October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008, with 4 twelve-month renewal option periods. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12. The NAICS Code is 811219 and the size standard is $6.5 million dollars. The number of responses to this sources sought announcement shall determine if sufficient competition exists in the small business community in order to set this procurement aside for small business concerns (especially Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns are encouraged to respond). Please provide interest by responding to this announcement no later than 3:00 p.m. August 16, 2007. Your response must identify your company name, point of contact and contact information, capabilities statement and identify your business size, and if you are (by the definitions in the Federal Acquisition Regulation) any of the following: Small Business, 8(a), Woman-Owned, Veteran-Owned, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned or HUB Zone certified.
