Description: VA Central Iowa Health Care System, Des Moines division will contract with an independent commercial Testing Laboratory firm for certain testing to be performed during the construction of the design-build project titled "Extended Care Building". This project will require on site quality control inspection to include on site field and laboratory testing; off site laboratory testing performance services; analysis of Geotechnical site conditions and construction materials; observation of construction techniques and processes to ensure compliance of the design-build contract, the applicable test standard requirements and to comply with local/state code.
