- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. This solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside.The solicitation number is FA5000-07-T-0019. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20070802. Purchase Fire Station Alerting System: Westnet First In Model to include dorm remote (provides programmable, company specific bedside alertingthat includes rows of red, energy-efficient LED lighting that reduces the firefighter eystrain and night blindness) and audio level analyzing device (automatically adjustsfluctuating ambient noise so that firefighters can clearly hear incoming messages from the dispatch center) or equal (1 Each). Shipping/handling shall be included in the price of all items. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
