Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number: W9114F-07-T-0248 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. (iv) Not a set-aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 334519. (v) The Europe Regional Contracting Office has a requirement to purchase the following items: Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: CLIN 0001 VI-400Pro Real-Time Hand-Arm and Whole-Body Vibration Kit, to include VI-400Pro Real-Time Vibration Analyzer with USB Computer Interface Cable, Tri-Axial HAV Sensor, Sensor Cable, HAV Sensor Mount ing Block and Clamp Assembly, Tri-Axial WBV Seat-Pad Sensor, and Molded Storage Case, Quest Technologies P/N VI-400PRO-HAWB or equal, Quantity 3 each. CLIN 0002 PCB Vibration Calibrator/Shaker, Quest Technologies P/N 072-018 or equal, Quantity 3 each. CL IN 0003 QuestSuite Professional II  Unlimited user License Upgrade, Quest Technologies P/N 057-865 or equal, Quantity 1 each. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Electrical Requirements 220V/50Hz; Display, Control Labels and ALL Software Version Copies must be in English Language for operating and subsystem components. (vii) The place(s) of delivery and acceptance will be Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, 66849 Landstuhl, Germany. All offerors must quote FOB Destination, La ndstuhl Regional Medical Center, Landstuhl, Germany. Required delivery is 30 days after receipt of order. (viii) The following Clauses and Provisions apply to this requirement: FAR 52.204-7.
