Description
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures at FAR 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation is the only announcement that will be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/) and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00244-07-T-0802. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-18 and DFARS Change Notice 20070802. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfars/index.htm. The NAICS code is 541712 and the Small Business Standard is500 Employees. This is a 100% Small Business S et-Aside, non-competitive procurement action. The proposed contract action is for commercial items/services for which the Government anticipates negotiating and awarding to a single source pursuant to the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 & FAR Part 13.. The Fleet Industrial Supply Center San Diego anticipates issuing an award to Hydration Technologies, Inc. of Albany, OR on a sole source basis for the Feasibility study and report for the Down Pilot Hydration Survival System. Other interested responsible small business contractors capable of meeting the requirements of this solicitation are encouraged to identify their interest and capability; to respond to the requirement and submit a proposal; providing evidence of compliance in meeting the requirements of this notice. The anticipated Delivery dates are Sep 30 2007; October 31, 2007; November 30,2007 and December 31, 2007 This is notice of intent however, the Government will consider all statements of interest and capab ility received no later than August 16, 2007. The RFQ will be availab le for review and downloading at the following websites: www.neco.navy.mil and www.fedbizopps.gov which includes all the terms and conditions and clauses.
