Description: The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, and supervision and equipment necessary to accomplish all work, as needed to demolish the below buildings. Also, contractor will be required to insure any abbestos is removed/disposed of in accordance with all Federal, State and local laws. All seven buildings shall be demolished in their entirety, to include all foundation material. All areas shall be left in an graded condition. Demolish and remove the following structures in their entirety: a. (4) 2 story structures b. Old Education Building c. Rosa parks Building d. Trailer We will schedule a site visit with bidders. No paper work will be provided. Any paper work will be handed out on site visit.
