Description: Provide all parts, labor and supervision to measure, design, fabricate and deliver fifty new electrical panel fronts to replace the existing panel fronts at the VA Hines Information Technology Center (ITC), Building 215, Fifth Avenue & Roosevelt Road, Hines, IL 60141. All new electric panel fronts shall be delivered within 45 calendar days after receipt of Notice of Award and/or Purchase Order. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and is a 100% small business set-aside under NACIS 332999, size standard 500 people. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
