Description

Synopsis: Elevator Maintenance and Repair Solicitation # FA3010-07-T-0045 Class Code: J099 NAICS: 333921 Description: The contractor shall furnish all management, labor, tools, scanner, analyzer and any other equipment (electronic and otherwise), transportation, materials, and parts necessary to inspect, test and maintain housekeeping on Elevators/ Escalators as set forth in the Statement of Work and Appendix A. at Keesler AFB, MS, in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operations. All work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) the appropriate ANSI/ASME (American National Standard Institute/American Society of Mechanical Engineers) A-17.1, A-17.2, and A-17.3 (most current edition) and commercial practices. Specific maintenance tasks performed shall be IAW the procedures outlined by the respective elevator manufacturer. Period of Performance: 1 October 2007 through 31 March 2008 with two 3 month option periods. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The applicable NAICS code is 333921. All prospective vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry prior to award with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at website, http://www.ccr.gov. Invoices shall be electronically submitted via Wide Area Work Flow. Registration and invoicing may be accomplished at https://wawf.eb.mil/. Estimated issue date of this Solicitation # FA3010-07-T-0045 is August 16, 2007.
