Description: The Navy has a requirement to procure non-recurring and retrofitting activities associated with efforts to incorporate a T-45C Mission Display Processor (MDP) Operational Flight Program (OFP) updated to improve the Heads-Up-Display (HUD) pitch attitude presentation and correct the DP blanking and degrade issues. The Navy intends to award this effort to MDC by executing the non-recurring activities under Contract N00019-06-C-0309 and the retrofit activities under Contract N00019-05-G-0001.
