- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Horiba Jobin Yvon Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis a contract for 1 each Upgrade Module for R-928 detector includes: Fluorohub, Fluorohub-NL, datastation software, DAS6 foundation software, IBM PC and monitor, all cards, cables and connectors, 1 each NanoLED sample compartment thermostatted single cuvette holder, 1 each UV LED 265nm nominal, 1 each UV NanoLED 310 nm nominal, 1 each Previously NanoLED 16, UV NanoLED 340 nm nominal, 1 each Previously NanoLED-05UV NanoLED 460nm nominal, 1 each NanoLed, 496nm nominal, 1 each Previously NanoLed-06, 625 nominal. (Microsoft IE required). Sole source is based on equipment being compatible to Horiba Jobin Yvon Inc. See note(s) 22. Vendors who feel that they can provide the above equipment shall fully identify their interest and submit their capabilities to meet the above requirements within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. Responses received after 15 days or without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis and not be considered. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration database.
