- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-07-RP-0245 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to furnish inscription service to Government provided headstones/markers for (H1) Inscription of Granite Niche Covers for Arkansas Veterans Cemetery, 1501 West Maryland Avenue, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72120 from October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008 (base period) with up to three (3) 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2011. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard of 6M is applicable. The contractor shall be required to complete the inscription work order within ten (10) calendar days from the date the order was sent by Contracting Officer. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about August 17, 2007. Responses to the solicitation are due by 4:00 p.m., August 31, 2007.
