- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 115th Fighter Wing is soliciting quotes for replacement furniture to include installation, to be delivered to the Wisconsin Air National Guard, Truax Field, Madison WI 53704. This req uirement is an UNRESTRICTED acquisition, issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code is 337214 and the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 2522 applies to the procurement. The contractor shall provide the following items OR EQUAL ; all OR EQ UALS will be considered, final approval concerning OR EQUAL will be made by the Contracting Officer; contact the Contracting Officer for a copy of the drawing. CLIN 0001 Profile 1: 1-Modular console, 3-72x30 sections that are steel construction in a concave design with laminated top, 2 slat wall inserts for holding flat panel brackets, 4-fabric inserts, 2-CPU docks, 4-Flat panel swing mounts, 3-16 20 amp power strips, 1-Steel 3 drawer cabinet that is centered and fits under console. CLIN 0002: Profil e 2: 1-Modular console, 2-60x30 sections that are steel construction with laminated top, 4-slat wall inserts for holding flat panel brackets, 2-CPU docks, 4-Flat panel swing mounts, 3-16 20 amp power strips, 1-Steel 3 drawer cabinet that is centered and f its under console.
