ADEQUATE DATA FOR THE EVALUATION OF ALTERNATE OFFERS IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE PROCUREMENT AGENCY. THE OFFEROR MUST PROVIDE A COMPLETE DATA PACKAGE INCLUDING DATA FOR THE APPROVED AND ALTERNATE PART FOR EVALUATION. CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS (26512) P/N GS570AB N4 SECO SEALS, INC. (33447) P/N SEC07N4 All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN for the various end items. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 4730. See Note(s): 9 and 26. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for three (3) years. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on 21 August 2007 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The scope of this contract includes the acquisition of a 1/H coded item. This AMSC code implies the item has been screened and found to be already competitive but the data is inadequate. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The inspection/acceptance is at destination. Quantity ranges are (250-499 each), (500 ? 999 each), (1000-2499 each) and (2500 ? 3499 each). The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period twice at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. The final award decision will be based upon evaluation of price, delivery, and past performance.
