Description

SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston is posting a future opportunity for ISR and IO support services supporting the following critical elements: (1) Technical Studies And Analysis (2) Engineering, Development and Modernization (3) Quality Assurance (4) Producibility and Transition to Manufacturing (5) Software/Hardware Development (6) Acquisition, Integration and Test (7)Life Cycle Planning Work to be performed under this contract requires staff and direct workforce with active Top Secret clearances as well as a TOP SECRET Facility Clearance with the capability to provide storage of classified material up to and including SECRET material. Work to be performed under this contract may require access to SCI spaces and information in the performance of tasking. There is NO INCUMBENT, work currently being done under various contract vehicles. The applicable NAICS code for this effort will be 541330 with a size standard of $25M. Government estimate for this effort is $248 million. A Cost-plus-fixed-fee (95%) and a Firm-Fixed Price (5%) indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery type contract with a base of one year with four (1) one-year options is anticipated. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards. It is anticipated that the RFP will be ready for posting NLT 25 September 2007.
