Description: DESCRIPTION OF WORK. The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, materials and equipment to clean and remove grease, fats and oils from grease traps in various buildings located at SAFB as identified in paragraphs 8 and 9 of the Statement of Work (see attachment). Contractor shall aid in maintaining traps by injecting digestive organic deposits of live microorganisms into grease trap, sink drainage lines and floor drains.
