Description: This is a notice of the intent to conduct a sole source acquisition for a commercial item, to be awarded to Romfab. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Description is as follows: The contractor shall provide ROM ? The 4-Miute CrossTrainer for the 97th AMW HAWC. If any other businesses are able to meet this need they must respond to this notice by 1600 hrs CST on 30 August 2007. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Romfab will be pursued.
