- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. 45 CONS/LGCB has a requirement for: Audio/RF freq counter, portable, Agilent PN: 53131A or equal (qty. 1 ea); 5 GHz option for 531331A, Agilent PN: 53131A-050 or equal (qty. 1 ea); RF spectrum analyzer, Agilent PN: FSL6.16 or equal (qty. 1 ea); RF network analyzer, Rhode & Schwartz PN: ZVL6 or equal (qty. 1 ea); power meter wideband probe, Rhode & Schwartz PN: NRP-Z81 or equal (qty. 1 ea); power meter high band probe, Rhode & Schwartz PN: NRP-Z11 or equal (qty. 1 ea); power meter low band probe, Rhode & Schwartz PN: NRP-Z22 or equal (qty. 1 ea) and USB adaptor for power meter probes, Rhode & Schwartz PN: NRP-Z4 or equal (qty. 2 ea). The requested delivery date will be approximately thirty (30) days after receipt of an order to Patrick AFB, FL. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-07-T-0339 is issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 3571, business size of 1,000 employees and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334111. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 4 September 2007 at www.fbo.gov. Proposals may be submitted via hard copy, fax (321-494-5136), or e-mail. NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON.
