- See numbered note 9 and 12. NSNs 4720-01-304-1439 and 4720-01-279-3034 are being procured in accordance with competitive technical data. Both NSNs require Compatability Testing. Successful offeror will be required to submit 2 units of each NSN for Compatability Testing. This Solicitation is Unrestricted. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) and the FOB point is Destination. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Items will be shipped to various DLA depot locations. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on its issue date September 24, 2007. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. A written offer is required to be returned to the address in block 8 of the RFP by the date and time specified, DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. Technical drawings/bid sets are available from DSCC-VTS via the DIBBS internet web site above (the bid sets are indicated by an icon beside the NSN on the solicitation list) or https://dbi.dscc.dla.mil.
