Description

The Network 7 contracting activity, seek potential sources capable of providing Ground Maintenance Service at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. The approximate area is 9,500 squared feet. The contractor will provide all personnel, management, supervision, supplies, equipment, and services to perform ground maintenance. All work shall be performed in accordance with the statement of work. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The RFQ will be advertised on or about September 6, 2007 as a 100% set aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in accordance with Public Law 109-461. Contractors are advised that registration in http://www.vetbiz.gov and http://www.ccr.gov is mandatory before award of contract. The NAICS code is 561730 with a size standard of $6.5 mil. The resulting contract will be for one (1) base year and four (4) option years.
