- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is soliciting quotes for a Religious Activities Coordinator at Dugway, UT. This combined synopsis and solicitation for the followin g services: (CLIN 0001) Provide Non-Personal Services as a Religious Activities Coordinator. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ W911S6-07-T-00123.
