Description

SMALL BUSINESS SOURCES SOUGHT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCMENT ONLY. The Northern Region Contracting Officer (NRCC) is seeking information on sources that can provide Graduate Middle Eastern Studies for Arabic Learning Objects in support of the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC), Presidio of Monterey, CA. DLIFC has a requirement for developing of Arabic course content at ILR proficiency levels 2+ and 3. This content needs to be delivered on DLIFLC's Global Language Onli ne Support System (GLOSS). The Arabic instructional content must be adapted to interactive learning objects (LOs. DLIFC has an immediate requirement for 300 web-deliverable, interactive reading comprehension and listening comprehension LOs in Arabic. For the purpose of small businesses, the NAICS code is 611710, Educational Support Services. Your response shall include the following information: size of company (i.e., 8(a), Hubzone, WOSB, SB, Veteran, all others), number of employees, relevant past perfo mance on same or smilare work dating back no more than three years, and your company's capability to do this type of work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company posses ses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.
