Description

SMALL BUSINESS SOURCES SOUGHT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCMENT ONLY. The Northern Region Contracting Officer (NRCC) is seeking information on sources that can provide managerial leadership training support, senior level management coaching, tea m building support, and conflict resolution support training in support of the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC), Presidio of Monterey, CA. This training shall focus on conducting numerous custom program solutions for foreign lang uage education professionals in the areas of Leadership, Team Building, and Conflict Resolution. The training is intended to be a comprehensive training program not a series of unconnected workshops. Instruction shall be conducted in English with emphasi s on senior-level management coaching. An individualized form of leadership development is required. For the purpose of small businesses, the NAICS code is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training. Your response shall include the following information: size of company (i.e., 8(a), Hubzone, WOSB, SB, Veteran, all others), number of employees, relevant past perfomance on same or smilare work dating back no more than three years, and your company's capability to do this type of work. Document ation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.
