Description: Questions and Answers: 1. What are the actual dates of usage? WE HAVE TO HAVE THE TENTS IN PLACE AND READY FOR USE NO LATER THAN 18 NOV 07. OUR GOAL IS TO HAVE THE TENTS ON HAND AND READY TO PUT UP BY 15 OCT 07. THIS WILL ALLOW US TO GET THE ELECTRICAL, PHONES, AND DATA PUT IN AND TESTED BEFORE 18 NOV 07. 2. It is my understanding that the tents all come complete with the following: Lights; climate control packages; and 3 sets of doors each? YES. 3. Would Clearspan structures 50' in width suffice for this project? NO 4. What kind of surface would these be installed on? HARD STANDS CONSTRUCTED WITH CLAY AND GRAVEL. WE ALREADY HAVE FLOORING ON HAND THAT WILL GO ON TOP OF THE GRAVELS.
