- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.5 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICIATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). All prospective quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. The solicitation number is N00604-07-T-4001. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQs), for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007-19, dated August 17, 2007 and DFARS Change Notice 2007082 8. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at the following addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfars/. The NAICS code is 423730 and the Small Business Standard is 100. This requirement is small business set aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The Regional Contracting Department, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii requests responses from responsible sources for the following: ITEM CLIN 0001: 1 each compressor, full load pressure, 100 psi, capacity: approx 400 cfm, 75 hp motor, 460 volt, 3 phase; 1 each TEFC premium efficient compressor motor; 2 each dryer: refrigerated dryer, sized for 400 cfm or compressed air, 460 volt, phase 60 hz; 1 each microprocessor control panel that displays working condition of compressor (e.g. psi output, track hours run, when next service needed). Contractor to quote delivery F.O.B. Destination, NAVFAC HI, Bilge & Industrial Waste, PRP4123, Bldg 1910 Lake Erie Ave., Pearl Harbor, HI 96860. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) to be eligible for Department of Defense Contract awards. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror/quoter INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Please ensure compliance with this regulation when submitting your quote.
