Starter Package 1 16-WEBICP-10 Web Icps ? 10 Concurrent Users _______________________________________________________________________ THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS BEING AMENDED, WITHOUT A CHANGE IN THE RESPONSE DATE, TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: QUESTION (1): Has the solicitation been posted, if so could you provide a link. I cannot find it. If not, is this the pre-solicitation the notice to use ANSWER (1): There was not an actual solicitation. It was posted as a combined synopsis/solicitation so, yes, this pre-solicitation notice is what you should use. QUESTION (2): In order to determine the Software Subscription cost we need to know the full Archibus software profile the Agency has, please provide. ANSWER (2): The EPA has the Full Archibus profile with all modules and Web Central. QUESTION (3): You mention two modules for training what two are they? Will the users need Core training also? If one of the modules is the Overlay for Archibus do the users already have basic AutoCAD training or should that be quoted as part of the training ANSWER (3): a. Training classes would consist of any 2 of the following modules that we choose based upon our Implementation Schedule: Building Operations Management, Executive Information System, Furniture and Equipment Management, Infrastructure Connection Points, Overlay for AutoCAD with Design Management, Real Property & Lease Management, Space Management, Telecommunications and Cable Management, Viewer, Web Central Activities Starter Package, Web Central Core or Web Infrastructure Connection Points. b. Core Training may be required as one of the two modules discussed above. c. No, AutoCAD should not be quoted as part of the training. QUESTION (4): It might be an acronym misspelled but what is FM ASSAP License ANSWER (4): It was misspelled. It should have been Facility Management (FM) Annual Software Subscription Program (ASSP). QUESTION (5): Is there an incumbent currently providing the Annual Software Subscription ANSWER (5): Yes, it is Avatech Solutions. QUESTION (6): Does the EPA have an Archibus/FM Dealer of Record? If so who is it ANSWER (6): Yes, it is Avatech Solutions. QUESTION (7): Please define Support for Archibus Modules. Business Partners provide Technical and Implementation Support. Technical could be phone support or on site technical support to include installation and upgrades, or both. Implementation Support could be data gathering, loading, upkeep etc. What are the Agencies expectations for support ANSWER (7): Our expectations include consultation on-site and remote regarding the following: (1) Technical expertise with all the Achibus modules and Web Central, (2) Ability to answer developer questions about any of the modules in Full Archibus and Web Central, (3) Multiple contact paths including telephone, Internet, and on-site, M-F, 8:30 to 6:30 EST (excluding holidays), (4) Application support including report formatting, data import/export, navigator definition, complex structure restrictions and (5) System support including troubleshooting application error messages, connectivity issues, overlay integration issues and database errors. _______________________________________________________________________ ORIGINAL SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICES PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is PR-NC-07-10816. This procurement, which is being procured via an unrestricted solicitation, has an associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 541511, with a small business size standard of $23 million. A. TITLE - ?ARCHIBUS/FM Annual Software Subscription Program Support and Associated for the period of 10/01/07 through 09/30/08. ? B. BID SCHEDULE: (1) ARCHIBUS Annual Software Subscription Program / FM ASSAP License, (2) Training For Two ARCHIBUS Modules at the EPA for up six students each and (3) Support for ARCHIBUS Modules at the EPA.
