Necessary cleaning as outlined in Operator?s Manual, to keep the machine(s) in good operating condition between regular service inspections, is the responsibility of the customer. Service calls which are the result of inadequate cleaning will be charged to the customer at regular service rates. 3. Parts will be repaired or replaced if necessary and authorized by the customer. Such repaired or replacement parts will be covered under this agreement unless the cause of replacement or repair is due to customer?s misuse or carelessness, or by accident, such as fire or water damage. Pre-existing conditions or required repairs are not covered by this contract.
