Description
THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY ? The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate a Purchase Order for the Bureau of Clinician Recruitment and Services with Sirius Software, Inc., 875 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA 02139. The purpose of this procurement is to purchase SirPro and Sirius Sfuction Library software. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The period of performance for this project is for one year with one option year. NAICS Code: 511210 This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.601-1, a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is on file, which states and supports that Sirius Software, Inc. is the only vendor that could meet the data requirements of BCHDAnet (Model 204 system) and solely develops, markets and services their product through maintenance plans. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
