- Description
- The Minneapolis VAMC has a requirement for a firm fixed price service contract to provide fire protection inspection service. Requirement will include all labor, materials and equipment to accomplish necessary inspection, testing and maintenance of the fire suppression system for all buildings on the Minneapolis VAMC campus. Procurement is being made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 Commercial Item and 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS 238220 applies and the Small Business Standard is $13 million. Service will begin October 1, 2007 (or date of award) through September 30, 2008 (base year) with two one (1) year options. Bid documents available on or about September 6, 2007. Offers due by mail or hand carry by September 25, 2007 at 3:30 PM (CST) Electronic solicitations may be obtained for download from the following web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov . Potential offerors are encouraged to use this website to obtain a copy of the RFQ in lieu of requesting a paper copy. Any amendments issued will also be available at the URL address.
