Screen w/hangers (fast fold)?. 1 EA; Part # SOL-254901, Folding Chairs w/Pad Inserts?12 EA; Part # SOL-34936, Case for 3-Lan Alum Tables (4 Max per case)?.2 EA; Part # SOL-14596 Case for Chairs, (Up to 12 max))?.1 EA; Part # SOL-14709 Case For electronics (11u)?.1 EA; Part # SOL-14716 Case for frame and screens (2 cases required per frame)?2 EA; Part # SOL-PWR-CD, Power Distribution wiring?1EA; Part # SOL-Tool, Repair Kit?1 EA; Part # SOL-1500 RM, (UPS battery back-up) and Part# SOL-INST, Instruction manual?1 EA; Part # SOL-8 x 8-15V, Video Matrix Switxh (8x8)?.1 EA; Part # SOL-MISC-B Miscellaneus (spare bulb, cables)?1 EA; FREIGHT CHARGES?1 EA. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 7 Sep 07. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The intent of this procurement is to award based on Sole Source requirement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19 and DFARS Change Notice 20070828, Standard Industrial Code 8711, North American Industry Classification System Code 541512 and Size Standard of $23 Million apply to this procurement. The Government intends to evalute and award without discussions on this procurement. The intent of this procurement is to award based on sole source requirement. Quotes are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be used. The justification for this sole source procurement is to continue mission support in the training fields. Raytheon-Solipsys can provide this unit immediately. The unit must be completely mobile must be assembled and unassembled on the spur of the moment in any environment.
