Description

This is a sole source spares requirement for NSN 6620-00-760-4332GA, P/N 212-070-108-3 and/or 3571371-6001, Electrical Indicator, Application: UH-1N Helicopter. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 15 EA. Destination: Cherry Point, NC. Delivery: 12 months ARO. Firm fixed price contract to Cage Code 97499, Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., 600 East Hurst Blvd, Hurst, TX 76053 or Cage Code 96774, Allied Corporation DBA Honeywell International, Inc., 375 North Lake Street, Boyne City, MI 49712-1105. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. and Allied Corporation are the only approved sources and they have limited rights to the data. A complete data package is not available to the Government. Due to strict Bell and FAA requirements for this item, no other manufacturers will be considered unless the manufacturer can provide documentation supporting the fact that they are a Bell and FAA approved source.
