Description: The Bureau of Land Management in Ely Nevada is looking for someone to develope a conceptual plan for an off-highway vehicle (OHV) trail system and management area. This plan will become the basis of a proposed action for an addfitional Environmental Analysis. The plan should identify roads and trails that should be incorporated into the trail system as well as identifying opportunities for d3eveloping new connector trails in order to provide a managed trail system that meets of OHV users while taking into account resourses of concern
