The award decision will be based on technical go/no go, past performance, and price. Technical go/no go will be evaluated on the Contractors ability to propose on all sample delivery orders; past performance will be evaluated on the Contractors ability to demonstrate past experience on similar requirements. Delivery requirements will be in accordance with the delivery terms outline in each individual delivery order. Delivery will be FOB Destination, NSWC Crane IN 47522-5000.
