- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This document is for information and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal, Invitation for Bid, or Request for Quotation, and it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is soliciting information from commercial industry to determine the existence of sources with the capability to develop a best practice preventive maintenance schedule including parts and labor for the following fitness equipment, Response time to emergency repairs is significant to the following locations where existing fitness equipment are located and also MUST be included in preventive maintenance schedule. Interested and qualified sources (respondents) are encouraged to attend a site visit at all 4 locations. To see the age of the equipment and any other related factors. After site visit, Repondents must submit a recommended written preventive maintenance package for the fitness equipment seen at each location, as well as a description of the respondent?s past experience in succesfully performing preventive maintenance on other contracts, including a description of the contract, point of contact name, address and phone number of the person of contact. All preventive maintenance plans must be submitted to the Procurement Business Operation Branch by October 15, 2007 via of email to or fax to 212-436-1442 Attn: Shirley Mensah.
