- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is TRNO07QCTB21 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for wireless microphones for use in television broadcasting. The line items to be quoted on include: CLIN 001: (4 each) Model # VRM, Lectrosonics Venue Master Module, Master Assembly only with power supply, no antennas. CLIN 002: (20 each) Model # VRT, Lectrosonics Tracking Receiver Module, only. CLIN 003: (4 each) Model # SNA600, Lectrosonics UHF Dipole Antenna, folding, with BNC Connector. CLIN 004: (4 each) Cable, RG8/U-25 (Specify Conn). CLIN 005: (20 each) Lectrosonics SMDA ? Super Miniature Transmitter, 2 AA, with pouch. CLIN 006: (20 each) Model # SMBCUP, Lectrosonics Machined Wire Belt Clip for SM, Ant Up. CLIN 007: (20 each) SANKEN COS ? 11S Mic with TA5F Connector. CLIN 008: (5 each) LE.UT with VMC - UT Hand Held TX with Cardioid Capsule. CLIN 009: 1 year warranty on parts and labor, if not already included. CLIN 010: Set up charge ? for the required technical survey at IRS TV Studios to ensure the radio frequencies used will not interfere with current technology (perform a sweep for ?frequency block selection? to ensure that the frequencies assigned to the IRS will not interfere with security, fire and safety systems. The vendor will perform this service as part of the requirement at 5000 Ellin Road, Building B-0100, Lanham, MD 20706. CLIN 011: Shipping charge, if applicable. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit a written quotation no later than 15 calendar days from the posted date of this announcement. No solicitations will be issued, therefore such requests for solicitations will be considered non-responsive. This is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose bid conforms to the RFQ and is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Questions shall be submitted in writing via facsimile or email. Verification of receipt of fax and email transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor.
