CONTACT INFORMATION IS WITHIN THE BODY OF THIS NOTICE*************** This procurement is a total small business set-aside. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for 40 pieces each of a Dome Loaded Regulator built by the following specifications: MSFC has a requirement for a product that is same as or equal too the Tescom brand regulators. Order will have multiple part numbers, see spring ranges below. Quote FOB Destination to MSFC, Best Value offer will be awarded a purchase order. 1. Max inlet 6000 psig 2. Outlet pressure ranges variable based on spring installed. Required ranges noted below. 3. 8 each- regulators with 25-4000 psig outlet pressure 4. 8 each- regulators with 15-2500 psig outlet pressure 5. 8 each- regulators with 10-1500 psig outlet pressure 6. 8 each- regulators with 5-800 psig outlet pressure 7. 8 each- regulators with 5-500 psig outlet pressure 8. operating temperature -65 deg F to +165 deg F 9. leakage-bubble tight 10. flow capacity Cv= 0.06 Materials: 1. body brass 2. bonnet 300 series SST 3. main valve seat Vespel 4. seals buna-N 5. back up rings teflon 6. trim 300 series SST 7. Self venting 8. Two inlet and Two outlet ports located 90 deg apart with 1/4" MS33649 threads 9. must serve as a direct replacement for existing Tescom model 26-101X-34 regulators without requiring modification to existing tubing or panels 10. must utilize existing stock of replacement/repair parts for existing Tescom model 26-101X-34 regulators The following Tescom hand operated regulators meet the above requirements 1. for outlet pressure range of 25-4000 psig Tescom model 26-1013-34 2. for outlet pressure range of 25-4000 psig Tescom model 26-1014-34 3. for outlet pressure range of 25-4000 psig Tescom model 26-1015-34 4. for outlet pressure range of 25-4000 psig Tescom model 26-1016-34 5. for outlet pressure range of 25-4000 psig Tescom model 26-1017-34 The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery to TBD on award of purchase order Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C9. Offers for the items(s) described above are due by 9/11/2007 4:00 p.m. CST and must include, solicitation number, FOB destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. If the end product(s) offered is other than domestic end product(s) as defined in the clause entitled "Buy American Act -- Supplies," the offeror shall so state and shall list the country of origin. FAR 52.212-4 (FEB 2007), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items is applicable. Selection and award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Technical acceptability will be determined by review of information submitted by the offeror which must provide a description in sufficient detail to show that the product offered meets the Government's requirement.
