- The purpose of this amendment to the synopsis is to announce that Purchase Request # FD2020-07-77080 will be combined with purchase request #FD2020-06-63378. As a result of this combination of purchase requests--the creation of solicitation FA8213-07-R-3005 will be posted on FedBizOps. This solicitation will be full and open competition. This solicitation will be a “buy to dollar” request. If any interested party has any questions or concerns please contact the Contracting Officer. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-MAY-2006).
