Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Hardware, Software and Close-Out Branch, Hardware Section (DITCO-PL8322), Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to NET Federal Inc., 21660 Ridgetop Circle, Suite 100, Dulles, VA 20166-6590, for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only notice. This acquisition, for the United States Navy is for the acquisition of the following: (1) SHOUTIP, ADVANCE PARTS EXCHANGE MAINTENANCE UPLIFT, 900, 1ST YEAR ONLY, quantity of 50; (2) SHOUTIP, EXTENDED WARRANTY W/ADVANCE PARTS EXCHANGE MAINTENANCE, 900, RENEWAL, quantity of 100. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting clear evidence of their capability to provide/perform. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Oral communications are not acceptable. A written solicitation is not available. All responses must be received no later than COB 14 Sep 2007 to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541519.
